Big O Tires

Each time I go, the crew there always surprises me with their quick service and knowledge of the work at hand. I drive by a lot of other tire centers and auto shops to get to this Big O because they do an excellent job.

We bought 4 new BIG O tires back in August 2019. On Saturday, March 7, I got a flat tire only to find out that the lug wrench in my truck does NOT fit on my lugs! I called your Layton, UT location and they had someone to my truck in less than 20 minutes. He was super helpful! He put my spare tire on and I followed him back to the shop where my flat was fixed for free! I had to buy a few new lug because my had swollen, but all in all Big O turned a bad day into a good place one. I will buy all my tires here in the future! Thank you BIG O!

I drive 45 mins to visit this location. The owner always treats me with respect and offers fair pricing.

Just 3 days after my tire rotation and oil change, my tire pressure light came on. I headed back and had the tires checked. One was a bit low, so air was added. But now the indicator light won't go off, and no one seemed to be able to figure out how to reset it. Several of your employees tried really hard, but evidently Honda CRV's are tricky. So tomorrow I'll need to head to the Honda dealer to see if they'll reset it for me. Not the end of the world...just an inconvenience. Other than that, excellent service, as always.
