Big O Tires

The entire staff at Big O was friendly and welcoming. They clearly explained what was going on with my tires and provided several options as solutions. They were knowledgeable about all the products and were willing to educate me. I felt comfortable with every decision because of the staff. I will absolutely be returning!

The associates are friendly and everyone does a great job. Every time I come to big o I know I'll be taken care of and given an honest price.

The people at the Highland Dr location are awesome. I've been going there for years and they have always been great to work with. I will be going back. They have serviced at least 4 of our cars the past few years.

Elise was so nice when i went in and each and every time i go there for my cars she is very knowledge able and trys to get me in as fast she could and offered me a shuttle if i needed away home. She also knows her stuff. Great job

They know exactly what kind of product I needed for my oil change. I had a problem with my brakes pulsating and they took a look at them and let me know what the problem was and how much it would be to purchase new brakes a rotars. They explained and described everything so that a simpleton like me could understand.
