Russ Gibbons was awesome. He explained things in and easy to understand way and showed me my options. It was an easy, low stress experience.

The agent that took care of me was very friendly and I was able to get in and out in about 1 hour. It was a perfect visit to the Big O on Highland.

Kyle did a great job with helping me when I had a flat tire that needed replacing. We inspected all of my other tires, and I ended up getting a full set of tires. During the whole process, he did a great job with communicating with me and ensuring that we did the necessary repairs while also staying cost-effective in what I was purchasing. I'll keep bringing my car to Big O' Tires.

The associates were helpful in explaining to me that I needed a part replaced, and why I needed it. They ordered it and made it easy to schedule an appointment. When it came time to pay, the sales associated gave me a price that was higher than what I was told on the phone. I explained that to him and he quickly corrected the quote to get me to the price I was expecting. They got the replacement part in and wheels aligned in under 90 minutes. Generally speaking whenever I use big O the staff are quite friendly and I don't feel like I'm getting nickel and dimed in the way other shops sometimes do. Also, I work a lot on my car and have decent knowledge of suspension components, so if a tire shop tells me I need something done when I really don't, I can spot that right away. To date no Big O store has ever tried to sell me something my car doesn't really need. Keep being helpful and honest big O!

I PURCHASED TIRES ONLINE THAT I NEEDED MOUNTED AND BALANCED FIRST WENT TO LES SCHWAB THE SAID IT WOULD BE 1HR 30 MIN. AND IT WOULD BE $120.00 WAITED AT LOCATION FOR 2 HRS THEY HAD STILL NOT MOVED MY CAR OR DONE ANYTHING TO IT AT ALL I KNEW BIG O WAS RIGHT DOWN THE STREET SO I GAVE THEM A CALL VERY FRUSTRATED WITH LES SCHWAB AND TOLD THEM THE STORY ASKED IF THEY COULD FIT ME IN THEY SAID TO COME ON DOWN THEY HAD A FREE STALL I WAS NOT EVEN CONCERNED ABOUT PRICE JUST NEEDED IT DONE SO I WAS THERE WITHIN 5 MIN. THEY TOOK MY KEYS TOLD ME IT WOULD BE $115. SO I WAS HAPPY AND THEY HAD ME DONE IN LESS THAN 30 MIN. I WAS COMPLETELY HAPPY AND HAVE BEEN BRAGGING ABOUT MY SERVICE EXPERIENCE ALREADY I AM COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH BIG O AND PLAN ON CONTINUALLY USING THEM.

It is close to the location of my work and easy to access. I was able to easily schedule and drive in to drop off my car. Once I was there it was easy to check in.
