Sal And another gentleman helped us get snow tires for our daughter's car. He explained pricing options and was clear on Warranty and maintenance and available follow up services at Big O. They got us out of there quickly and the tires are working well.

Friendly and informative customer service. Never feel judged for asking questions which I really appreciate! I also never feel taken advantage of, which I appreciate as a woman coming into an auto shop.
