Wow I'm impress for the amazing service . Since we got the new tires at the bountiful location, this is so far the best experience we ever had . On the past it was good on a diff locations but here in Bountiful wow an amazing team . Thank you for your help and support

Great follow up

I'm not expert enough to know when I'm getting a great deal on service or whether service is really needed, but I didn't feel pressured to do anything. Before work was started I was told how much it would cost and how long it would take. The team member I spoke with on the phone, Elliot I believe, was very polite and helpful and keep me informed. I am confident my vehicle is in better working order now.

There is a reason we drive from West Jordan to go to them. They make you feel welcome, they are honest and amazing people.

I appreciate Brady helping with this service. I had a number of items that needed repair/replacement. I was worried about the motor mounts, but he was able to allay my fears by telling me prices on them before I approved them all. Not only did he use my coupons, but I believe he got me some discounts on other service and parts as well. It was a significant cost to me, but I think it could have been much more at another shop.

Fast and friendly service

Service at this BIG O is fantastic.

Our battery died and we had to have it jumped to start it. We went right to Big O and they had the battery we needed and put it in within a half hour and we were on our way!
