I came in for an oil change during a busy time. I was told it would take 40-45 minutes and it took around 20 for that and a tire rotation. Wow!

No pressure and clear info

It was just a quick oil change & tire rotation this time. I was in & out in 35 minutes so that was awesome! Oil change price is high but luckily I have a yr-long coupon for a better price. I love the honesty here & they don't do unnecessary work. They will tell u if u can wait to replace something & when they do the work no price gouging.

Jose Cazares was extremely friendly and helped me on my needs . We did purchase a new tires and he was able to do everything to explain the benefits to keep going at this location ( Bountiful) we don’t only live close by , we love that Big O always is the best option for us

I went into the new Big O in Bountiful to see if this was an option I could use close to home. They were great. Professional and fast. They got me in quick, done fast at a great price. I'm so glad they've moved in. I'll be back for all my tire and auto needs

Got right in. Within 10 minutes they were working on my car. 20 minutes later my car was done pulled out to front of store. Guy hands me my keys and said have a nice day sir. Didn't need the Sir part. But non the less the gesture was fine.

I love this store. The people are friendly, helpful and have great diagnostic skills. They always make me feel like I am working with a competent, caring team of professionals! Not only are they reasonable in their pricing but they also accommodate the specific the needs of their clients. They never over promise and under deliver rather the opposite! They are honest and reliable and I would highly recommend them.

Our truck had to have a CV joint replaced. Because of manufacturer specifications the job was more expensive and more complicated than big O or us expected. I felt the people at big O were very helpful in helping us make decisions and know why it had to be done that way. They were patient with us in leaving the truck there while we figured out what to do, and once we made the decision it was fixed super quickly. Great communication from the guys at big O

I had a lot of work done just a few months ago by another tire place and took it to Big O Tires when I was having problems with the work the other guys had done. They were so helpful at Big O and helped me really understand what the other guys had done wrong and how they were going to fix it. It's so nice to be able to trust my mechanic!

I have been going to this Big O location for nearly 14 years and have never had a problem. They have been so good to me and taken excellent care of the 4 vehicles that I have owned during this time. I never plan to use anyone else for my vehicle maintenance. I recommend them to all of my friends.
