Got the car fixed the same day.

I'm giving a little less than perfect rating on the quality of the service only for one point. The day after I had all four tires replaced, I had a "tire pressure" warning light come on in my car. When I had a chance to stop and check the pressure, I noticed that 2 tires were at 45 psi and the other two were at 55 psi. I don't understand how my tires could have been so over-inflated, but I stopped at another Big O while on other business and had them check the tires and pressure out. Other than this one incident, I have always had good service from the Bountiful Big O and enjoy working with Brady there.

The staff know me and are focused on taking care of me rather than selling me on everything.

Mike and Justin are the absolute best! I’m always nervous taking my car in myself to get serviced in fear people will try to get me to purchase more than I need. Mike explained everything so I understood it and Justin kept me laughing cracking jokes! Seriously your top 2 best employees !

I had taken my car in a few weeks prior to this for inspection and had a repair done at that time.There was a problem with the repair and this visit was to fix that repair and also another item.Although the entire process took much longer than expected, Dustin and his crew were very thorough and fixed many things along the way that were not anticipated.I didn't know what to expect when I picked it up, but was pleased that Dustin had tried to keep my expenses to a minimum while spending all the time needed to do a quality repair job on my vehicle.

Team was very friendly and knowledgeable. I learned things listening to them communicate to other customers. They didn't talk down to anyone or seem to make anyone feel stupid, which is huge.

I would highly recommend this location to anyone! These guys go above and beyond!
