Big O Tires

I had to go in twice in two days with two different cars, each time handled very well and quickly bu Dustin. ALways good to call and ask before doing service not expected.

I've always been treated like family since Elliott has been managing this store. They don't try to sell me things I don't need. I'll recommend this store to my friends. Kerry

We had to have an oil change and tire rotation. Afterward my wife noticed a sound coming from one of the wheels. Took it in and the issue was taken care of right away.

I always have a good experience at the Bountiful location. Even though the wait was long, I was well taken care of.

I showed up and was greeted by Brady(sp) and he was able to take the car fairly quickly, make sure I was comfortable and when the car was done, came up told me everything on the emissions and inspection. Very well versed with the cars and customer service.

This was some additional service on my son's car which I brought in for about $1100 of service 5-6 weeks ago. He continued to have issues with coolant light coming on, I brought it in about 3 weeks ago and was told that the sensor could be bad, but we didn't have time to leave it then. My son was experiencing overheating issues in driving around town and took it into a Big O in SLC where he was told that the water pump and thermostat would need to be replaced at a cost of $700. I asked Tyler at the store that since the water pump could have been the cause of problems with the original $1100 fix, if I could get a price break if I brought the car in to Bountiful rather than SLC. He gave me a quote of $500 and said we have been good customers; so I brought the car in for one last repair. My son is going to sell the car soon so as to pay us back for the cost we incurred.

I needed new tires on one of my cars and was given a good price as I'll need tires for two others as well. I was also given a discount for the alignment. All this took less than one hour.

The only hiccup we had was the part they ordered came in with the wrong part from the supplier. These things happen. This was not big o teams fault, and they went out of thuer way to make it right. These guys are the best! Thank you and thus team MARTI & TOM

I asked Colby to check a radiator problem for me and said that I didn't want to pay for a big fix since I am not keeping the car much longer. He and the team did a quick fix for me, fortunately it was only a hose, and Colby called be to tell me all was repaired.
