Big O Tires

I bought my tires a couple of months ago and must have picked up a nail or something in my back tire. Woke up to a flat Monday morning. I took it off the car and brought it into Tyler. About 40 minutes later it was ready for pickup and free of charge. Tyler told me to bring my car back the next day so he could make sure I didn't pick up anything else. The team ended up finding a nail in the same side front tire. I can't thank you guys enough for keeping my family safe.

Came in just for an alignment, my car was shaking while driving. Service had found that the tires were not balanced right, they balanced and aligned. It took a little longer, but in the end my car runs smooth. Thanks for the extra time to find out the problem. Great service and professionalism.

Been coming to this location since 2005 back when it was Triangle Tire. I've always received great service and this visit was no exception. I had installed a leveling kit on my Yukon myself and they had the alignment done for me in about 30 minutes. They're always super friendly and know what they're doing.

I drive for Uber. I got a flat on the freeway. This was the closest Big O. They were fast, they were friendly, they got me back on the road as quickly as possible. I will sing their praises from now till eternity. Good job guys!

You price matched a competitor, which I appreciate very much. Only CONCERN was I thought the price included the road hazard warranty on the tires that the competitor included along with the free rotations, balancing, flat repairs that the competitor offered...
