Honest communication regarding having parts in stock would be appreciated. I waited over an hour for parts to be delivered, after I was told that parts were in store and completion of the service would be less than 30 minutes.

Our battery died and we had to have it jumped to start it. We went right to Big O and they had the battery we needed and put it in within a half hour and we were on our way!

The worst experience ever I wouldn't recommend anybody take their vehicle to this place tried to overcharge $400 and that was supposedly somebody I've known for years so if you can't trust somebody I've known for years how can you trust anybody. I wish it would go back to Goodyear and back to the old employees the people up front are rude and not helpful.

I have been coming to this location for YEARS!! I no longer live in Bountiful but because I know that when I visit this location that I will be treated with the highest respect and that the work done on my car will always be the highest quality I drive from Murray to do what I need to. Wade, Tyler, and Brady are always beyond helpful and get me in and out with top service.

Do you not post sincere negative posts, or only positives. That is no way to resolve customer satisfaction. I would like to have resolve, before calling you're corporate office, and the State of Utah, with a formal complaint, of price goughing.

Visisted the store for a nail repair. Was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were finished, and that there was no charge for the service. Would like them to pay a little more attention to the air pressure in the tires... When I left, I noticed they felt over-inflated, so I checked the TPMS... Spec is 32 psi, but not only was the repaired tire inflated to 41 psi, the other three that they didn't work on were inflated to 38 psi. Why they inflated the other three, I'm not sure.

Finally my car is fixed. This is after having the belt replaced twice, then the starter pulley, all of which did not help to stop the terrible squealing and chirping birds coming from my car when I started it. I've been dealing with this for months and months. Finally Wade took some time to check into it himself and dig deeper and get it fixed. This is after I had already left the car for a full-day and Tyler called to tell me that they couldn't find the noise and they thought it was an exhaust problem. After talking to Wade, he found the problem but the car was needed because the repair couldn't be completed that day as they had found the problem too late in the day. When I brought my car in the next day to have if fixed (it took two days- and this is my only car.), your staff other than Wade wouldn't even look me in the eye. They avoided me- Wade is the only one worth talking to down there and I know his time is limited. Yes, I may have a small exhaust issue, but it is not squealing and chirping when I start the car. I just got back from a trip to Yellowstone this weekend, on the way my daughter's tire blew out. That tire had been repaired last Thursday or Wednesday at your store. We had to buy a new set of tires up in West Yellowstone. I learned to change a flat on the side of the highway after having to unload the whole care to get to the spare. This with 3 kids, it was not fun. I have been to Triangle Tire in Bountiful for years and have trusted Wade and his staff to do a good job for me, to be honest and keep my car in good shape. This last time, I looked under my car and saw that only one of the snap connectors on the bottom panel under the engine was done up and the panel was hanging down. I don't think your guys care about what they are doing or have any pride in doing a good job, they are looking for a quick fix, slapping parts in without thinking or taking the care to do it right. I have only had Triangle and now Big O in Bountiful work on my car and tires for years, yet now I am missing two caps for my wheels that probably were not put on right. Sloppy, sloppy service. I wouldn't recommend you anymore.

They changed our snow tires out and replaced them with our regular tires.

I was a customer for 20+ years at triangle tire and at that time I always felt that Wade and his crew cared that they did their best and took care of me and my crappy little cars. Since Big-O has taken over, I have noticed a shift in attitude and now it seems that it's become just another place that tries to sell products to customers whether they're needed or not. I took my sons Hundai in on Monday this week and asked that a slow leak be fixed, tires rotated and new windshield wipers put on. I went in the morning and it didn't appear to be busy, while I waited for my other son to pick me up I watched someone move the car into the garage so I assumed it would be worked on fairly quickly. As soon as I got home I got a call from Tyler who was quick to point out that the car needed tires and an alignment. He even went as far as saying they were almost a "dangerous state," and I could tell he wanted me to agree to new tires for the vehicle. I could not give him authorization as my son works at HAFB and I couldn't contact him during his shift so I told Tyler I would talk it over with my son and may come back later in the week for that. He said ok, and that's the last I heard. On my break I went to pick up the car, probably around 2-3pm. The next day I asked my son how the tire that was leaking was doing. He advised that his tire was still losing a lot of air and that they didn't even bother doing the work I brought the car in for. I took his car back in on Wednesday and spoke with Brady. I had him come and look at the car, showed him what the work order was and asked him why the work had not been completed. Of course, he wasn't there at time I worked with Tyler and he couldn't have known what was going on, but he offered to make it right. He stated that this type of thing doesn't happen very often but my thought is that this type of thing should "never" happen. If I cannot trust your employees to do simple tasks, why should I trust you to work on any of my vehicles for any other reason? I declined the offer to re-do the work as the trust has been broken. Trust is paramount for me when working with a company working on my vehicles (My dad was a mechanic for many years). I asked for a refund for the work that was not done and I asked him why I should put my trust in this place again for which of course, he had no answer. That reminded me of another situation a few months ago where I took my Buick in to your shop for an oil change and we agreed on the synthetic oil. When I came back in to pick up the car, it was discovered that your guys added in the regular oil so I then had to wait for them to flush that out and re-do with the synthetic. These two incidents tell me that your guys are not paying attention. Neither one of these mistakes should have taken place. I did take the Hundai to another shop to get the work done and at this other place they do not sell tires. The man who helped me advised that we should probably get new tires before winter hits, which was my thought when I looked at them, after Tyler was so adamant that I get new tires immediately. I left Big-O feeling like if I don't spend a lot of money there, that the small things I need are not worth doing in your eyes, or at least in Tylers. I really hate being pressured to purchase goods or services right out of the gate, but if this is the way you want to run your business there's only one thing for me to do and that is to take my business elsewhere. This all makes me very sad as I felt I had a good thing going with Triangle for many many years. The little neighborhood mom and pop shop has been replaced with the more powerful and aggressive money maker, no longer caring about anything but making as much money as possible. Good Luck to you, Anola Johnson

Had a nail in my tire, what should have been a simple fix, turned in to a two day ordeal. I have new tires with warranty which I purchased from them, and they acted like they didn't want help me, even though I'm a long time customer of Big O. I have always bought my tires there, as well as other services. The employees don't take very good care of your vehicle when you take it there, every time I get my car back the steering wheel has black grease all over it, dirty foot prints on the floor mats, and my rims have scratches all over where the lug nuts are. I think some of the people they hire don't know what they are doing and they should be trained to take better care when working on someone's vehicle. Customers take there vehicles there because they want to have peace of mind that their car is running properly and not have to worry about safety on the road, but when I leave there I'm not so sure, and my car seems worse off.

I drove to the Bountiful Big O Tires from the Kaysville store. Very glad I did! They were glad to see me. They treated me with respect, and I felt good about writing the check. I highly recommend these professionals.

Always appreciate the service I receive at Big O. I appreciate Kent's friendship. I sent him a message letting me know we needed tires. He was out of town but still called the facility to let them know my wife was coming in. I really appreciate that. It means a lot. I will continue to work with Kent and the staff in the future. THANKS A MILLION!
