Big O Tires

I'm not too happy with the service I received. I always go to Big O in bountiful even though it's not the closest because the service is great. This last visit was not up to par. I got new tires which we're not cleaned. I also asked to keep one of my old tires and they forgot and also charged me the disposal fee for that one. Then I was informed that my last tire I bought from them was a smaller size and when I said I bought it from that store why did I not get the same tire size or why was I not informed but the gentleman ignored my question.

Got my tires rotated and it was quick and easy! I would recommend this location to anyone!

I brought my car in after driving on my new legacy tour (?) tires on my Lexus ES 350 for a couple of weeks and the tire pressure in my rear driver's side tire was low. I asked to have all tires checked for tire pressure since one tire was low. They filled up the rear driver's side tire and said they replaced a leaking valve stem in that tire. But when I got home and checked the tire pressure in the other tires they were 32, 38 and 18. So they must have forgot to check the other tires like I had asked. I filled them up to an even 38 myself. I wasn't too pleased I had to do that myself.

Wow I'm impress for the amazing service . Since we got the new tires at the bountiful location, this is so far the best experience we ever had . On the past it was good on a diff locations but here in Bountiful wow an amazing team . Thank you for your help and support

It used to be great when it was Wade and the guys at triangle tires, but the new guys just want your money and the work done is just half xxx. I was a loyal customer before, but after some resent work they did I purchased my new tires elsewhere.

I drove out of my way to go to this Big-O. The service was good. The environment was very clean. Way to go. I'll come back.

Wasn't impressed with explanation of the warranty on my current tires and how a credit was given really poor communication skills

Great follow up

I had my tires rotated, among other things. Now there is a noise that wasn't there before. It's like a hum that gets louder and changes pitch as I accelerate. I don't know if they just didn't balance the tires, or if they need to be aligned, but I'll have to bring it in a third time (had to come in the second time because they were out of registration stickers) to have them try to figure out what is causing the noise. The staff member who helped me was very courteous.

There is a reason we drive from West Jordan to go to them. They make you feel welcome, they are honest and amazing people.

I requested full synthetic oil and got 5w20 synthetic oil. Not what the car had and certainly not what the last 2 years of records there should have shown. Pretty disappointed to find this out.

The personnel was helpful.

First person in the store and have waited over an hour and a half before the even got my car in for tires. Terrible service!

Shady !..i went in to buy 4 tires for my Hummer when they posted " sale" outside and the prices were just the same no discount, but i still purchased them as i had to anyway ! $1500 and 4 hours of waiting later, here is the guy from Big O ( named Steve) coming out with a piece of paper telling me it definitely needs alignment for an extra $100. I told him the alignment was done less than 500 miles ago!! He said it needs alignment and he wouldn't do it for free ! Never again !!

Bountiful Big O Store has the worst service and customer service I've been to. I bought new tires from there several months ago and the TPMS sensor light kept coming on. I found that two of the tires kept losing air. I never had this problem with my old tires. So on my last visit I brought my truck in to find out why the 2 right side tires were losing air and have tires rotated. Upon arriving I wasn't greeted for about 5 minutes while the service guy at the front desk was chatting with his buddy. When I finally was able to talk to him about my issues I've been having and if they would also rotate my tires. They got my truck in right away and he came to me and first told me my TPMS sensor batteries were bad(odd that they seam to work fine when tires were losing air pressure) The second time he came to me he said one tire had a nail in it, so they patched it and the other tire that had a problem was leaking air from TPMS sensor. He told me that they could put a rubber valve in its place. I specifically told him to not change it out and that I'd take care of it later because I needed to get to work. They bring my truck around and says it ready to go. We get in truck and TPMS sensor light is on. Not having time to deal with it I head home and decide to check air pressure. In all four tires, the two on the left 37 lbs right front 32 lbs, right rear 29 lbs. Did they even check the air pressure? And I don't think they rotated the tires and one of the tires was missing the TPMS sensor, it had a rubber valve stem in it place. Feeling frustrated I sent my girlfriend over to ask them for my TPMS sensor back. She gets there and asks the guy that helped us for the sensor. He tells her that they cut it in half and threw it away so it isn't good anymore. She tells him that I told him specifically that I didn't want it changed out that id take care of it later. He said that the TPMS light will stay on until I buy a new sensor. Needless to say I wont be doing business anymore with the Bountiful Big O.

I appreciate Brady helping with this service. I had a number of items that needed repair/replacement. I was worried about the motor mounts, but he was able to allay my fears by telling me prices on them before I approved them all. Not only did he use my coupons, but I believe he got me some discounts on other service and parts as well. It was a significant cost to me, but I think it could have been much more at another shop.

I followed Big O Tires to their new location and have been disappointed. I purchased 2 tires on initial visit and service was fine, I returned to have tires rotated and I was told there would be a 90 min wait as it was thanksgiving weekend, snow on ground, so I said fine, I'll try another time. I returned on a Friday early afternoon and was told the wait would be 45 min. 90 min later the car was done but there was no communication, no appologies
