Amazing staff

Matt Hatch is a rockstar. I've been going to Big O in Bountiful for almost two years now. I've had every bit of car service done here and he always takes care of the issue and is incredibly transparent. This time, with my brakes, he really went to bat for me and provided the "honest mechanic" input that people so often look for today. I'll continue going to the location for as long as he works there.

I just had to get air in my tires. But the young man that helped me was so kind and thoughtful. The people at Big O have always been that way. I appreciate their knowledge and expertise and I appreciate their level of professionalism mixed with genuine kindness.

The tires I agreed to purchase did not have 4 in the warehouse. A different tire was offered in place at the same price. This should have been communicated over the phone. I dropped my car off at 9:45 for a 10am appointment to be completed by 12pm. I arrived at 12pm to pick up my car. They had not started it. At that time they informed me of the issue. I had to to be dropped of for my job. I had to find a ride to pick up my vehicle after the tire store closed. A receipt was not put in the vehicle which resulted in returning to the store on Monday to retrieve a receipt.

These guys are so wonderful to work with! They know their stuff and do the best they can to help me every time! I have greatly appreciated them, their honesty, their opinion, and their work. I recommend everyone I know to this Big O store.

Fast and reliable and at a good price

I was able to walk in and wait about a half hour or less. I was given a fair price for services as well.

I like going to Big O. They do a great job!! But, this is the second review I've posted. I get 2 to 3 email requests a week and I'm getting tired of these emails. Please, stop sending those requests.

The staff was extremely helpful with helping me decide what tires to go with for a trip across the state. They were easy to work with and communicated effectively.
