Big O Tires

They didn't offer to do any additional services (alignment, tire rotation, etc) like I am normally offered. Also, these are usually done every time I come in for an oil change per regular maintenance checks. These should be checked every oil change and I don't think they were done.

Excellent service and finished on time, as always.

This is the 3rd time I had taken my Tahoe in for the same tire going low. I hope that the third time is the charm or else I won't be buying tires FROM Big O again.

Kent Coleman should provide free lifetime cookies and milk to anyone living on Hidden Springs Parkway who chases kids with chainsaws.

I wish I was offered a free alignment check!! I brought my car in for an alignment and over the phone they quoted the service at 79.95. I called around and found somewhere a little lower but when I arrived at that store they turned me away because they were too busy. My first choice in the past has been Big O, even though this was the first time at this location. They did the alignment and then told me of about 9 other problems with my car that would need an additional alignment after they were fixed, which wouldn't be covered in the alignment that I ended up paying for. I appreciate the time that the mechanic took to walk me through what needed to be fixed, but all stores will do that in order to get more business. When the final bill came it was over 100 dollars. I didn't have time to argue at the time and thought that some of the diagnostic work on the additional parts was tacked on, but when I got home the only thing that was billed was a 100 dollar alignment. Attempting to get a simple alignment at the best price ended up with the most expensive alignment with the suggestion to pay for yet another. I know that it probably is unreasonable to ask them to check my car before they do the alignment, but offering a free alignment check would have been amazing! They offered an alignment 1 year warranty which would be useless to me as I do all the work on my car and that would then nullify any warranty that only lasts a year. I appreciate the work but I am not a happy customer. I have had a mostly great experiences with Big O due to how quick they are, so I may still go to Big O in the future but unfortunately it probably won't be at this location.

Had to take it in twice for the issue. Would have liked a better diagnosis up front.

I came in for an oil change during a busy time. I was told it would take 40-45 minutes and it took around 20 for that and a tire rotation. Wow!

After a tire rotation, I had to clean the oil stains on my floor carpet.

It was just a quick oil change & tire rotation this time. I was in & out in 35 minutes so that was awesome! Oil change price is high but luckily I have a yr-long coupon for a better price. I love the honesty here & they don't do unnecessary work. They will tell u if u can wait to replace something & when they do the work no price gouging.

I feel I was definitely over charged. The young man at the counter was quite condescending in his attitude. I have gone to Triangle for 20+ years and have never come away feeling the way I did the other day.

I went into the new Big O in Bountiful to see if this was an option I could use close to home. They were great. Professional and fast. They got me in quick, done fast at a great price. I'm so glad they've moved in. I'll be back for all my tire and auto needs

Made an appointment for 8 am was told it would only take 45 min need less to say took 2.5 hrs

Not impressed. Went in to have winter tires changed out. I related that 1 of my tires kept going low & to please check it. They proceeded to change out the tires & told me the leak was in the valve stem but I would also need to pay $90 for the sensor in the valve. A few hours later my tire pressure sensor started flashing & wouldn't go off despite correct air pressure. Took it to Toyota the next day & had to repay the $90 for a new "Toyota" sensor. Big O tried to use a cheap non-brand sensor so I had to pay twice for the same repair.

I love this store. The people are friendly, helpful and have great diagnostic skills. They always make me feel like I am working with a competent, caring team of professionals! Not only are they reasonable in their pricing but they also accommodate the specific the needs of their clients. They never over promise and under deliver rather the opposite! They are honest and reliable and I would highly recommend them.

Had to take car back because crew failed to reinstall my spare tire under vehicle.

I had a lot of work done just a few months ago by another tire place and took it to Big O Tires when I was having problems with the work the other guys had done. They were so helpful at Big O and helped me really understand what the other guys had done wrong and how they were going to fix it. It's so nice to be able to trust my mechanic!

They said it would be 45 minutes and it took 2-1/2 hours for a oil change. I know Saturday is very busy but give more of a exact time.Also saw some Goofiness going on and some very loud shouting and showing stuff on there cell phones. So all I can say is it was okay service the other thing I will say is that those employees who where working where doing there job very good.

Went to see what was wrong with my car and I always get the best service!!!
