Big O Tires

Quick response and no charge for a warranted part.

I asked Colby to check a radiator problem for me and said that I didn't want to pay for a big fix since I am not keeping the car much longer. He and the team did a quick fix for me, fortunately it was only a hose, and Colby called be to tell me all was repaired.

I have always been treated well by Wade and Colby. They don't do anything without asking me and try to find me the best deal possible and usually finish faster than they predict

I had a good experience at your store. I always go to Big O for tire service but I had never been to your particular store. I'm sorry I don't remember the tech's name but he was very nice and courteous. He explained what needed to be done and I will say that he told me how long it would take and it was done in that amount of time. I was in a high stress situation and on my lunch hour as well. I appreciated the help and you kept me posted all through the process. That I really do appreciate! Thank you for all you did.

The price was a bit crazy $78.00 for an oil change!!! Premium oil or not that is expensive.... If the cost had been more resonable, I would have rated 5 stars.

I'm giving a little less than perfect rating on the quality of the service only for one point. The day after I had all four tires replaced, I had a "tire pressure" warning light come on in my car. When I had a chance to stop and check the pressure, I noticed that 2 tires were at 45 psi and the other two were at 55 psi. I don't understand how my tires could have been so over-inflated, but I stopped at another Big O while on other business and had them check the tires and pressure out. Other than this one incident, I have always had good service from the Bountiful Big O and enjoy working with Brady there.

I am usually satisfied with my service at Big O. They know me by name and never try to sell me stuff I don't need. Their communication could have been better on our last repair. They had trouble getting my parts in, and kept the car for 2 days. Perhaps it was the part vendor that didn't deliver on time, but they ended up ordering from another vendor to get it here faster. In hind site, I should have taken the car home until the parts came.

Good Year used to give a promo coupon to their regular customers every month for $24.95 oil changes on regular cars. I hate paying double that. We got a coupon in the beginning but then never again. I can go to a lot of other oil change providers for less. I would highly recommend the mechanics here but not for regular oil changes because of the price.

I had taken my car in a few weeks prior to this for inspection and had a repair done at that time.There was a problem with the repair and this visit was to fix that repair and also another item.Although the entire process took much longer than expected, Dustin and his crew were very thorough and fixed many things along the way that were not anticipated.I didn't know what to expect when I picked it up, but was pleased that Dustin had tried to keep my expenses to a minimum while spending all the time needed to do a quality repair job on my vehicle.
