I had to go in twice in two days with two different cars, each time handled very well and quickly bu Dustin. ALways good to call and ask before doing service not expected.

Friendly and fast service as usual, updated on progress of oil change. Only neg which is small is milage was not printed even close to what mileage on car should be. My car has 94k on it and the sticker is for 45k. Not a big deal due to keeping my service statement in glove box.

We had to have an oil change and tire rotation. Afterward my wife noticed a sound coming from one of the wheels. Took it in and the issue was taken care of right away.

I enjoy bringing my cars here.

Your desk person, young hispanic guy, was friendly, helpful and knows his stuff. I was pleased with how fast my tires were replaced (~45 minutes). I really appreciated that. I was not happy that the Big O website didn't tell me the whole cost (just the tires without installation, disposal, etc.) and felt misled; however, I think this is a common practice in the industry. That said, I am fairly certain I am not the only customer that was surprised at costs about $100 more than expected. I'm not sure that I got an alignment check.

They made myself and my service dog very welcome. I will be back next month for my other two tires.

I didn't get a call to come pick up my car. I waited all day before my wife called about an hour before they closed.

I showed up and was greeted by Brady(sp) and he was able to take the car fairly quickly, make sure I was comfortable and when the car was done, came up told me everything on the emissions and inspection. Very well versed with the cars and customer service.

We miss Wade, but the customer service is still pretty good. After trying several other repair shops, we found this one, and have stuck with them for 15 years. The atmosphere is a little less cheerful, without Wade, but I'm hopeful they'll still repair my vehicles well, and not over-charge me. If they don't hold up to the high standards Wade set, we won't continue coming back.

This was some additional service on my son's car which I brought in for about $1100 of service 5-6 weeks ago. He continued to have issues with coolant light coming on, I brought it in about 3 weeks ago and was told that the sensor could be bad, but we didn't have time to leave it then. My son was experiencing overheating issues in driving around town and took it into a Big O in SLC where he was told that the water pump and thermostat would need to be replaced at a cost of $700. I asked Tyler at the store that since the water pump could have been the cause of problems with the original $1100 fix, if I could get a price break if I brought the car in to Bountiful rather than SLC. He gave me a quote of $500 and said we have been good customers; so I brought the car in for one last repair. My son is going to sell the car soon so as to pay us back for the cost we incurred.

The gentlemen at the counter was great! Very helpful. I will go back.

I needed new tires on one of my cars and was given a good price as I'll need tires for two others as well. I was also given a discount for the alignment. All this took less than one hour.
