Big O Tires

This was a return visit for a slow leak in a tire. It was repaired without question and without additional cost. I was grateful and impressed with the service and polite attention. I will definitely return to this store.

I like going to Big O. They do a great job!! But, this is the second review I've posted. I get 2 to 3 email requests a week and I'm getting tired of these emails. Please, stop sending those requests.

Amazing service.

I had some big cheap 35" tires on my truck that made my truck vibrate and shake. I went to two other tire shops in bountiful to have them balanced and had the same results, one just tried to sell me new tires. I talked to Tyler at Big O and he said they have a Road Force Balancer and could fix the problem. My truck has never rolled smoother! Thanks guys.

I needed a tire on my work van, but could not drive it, because my kids won't fit in it. They came to me, picked up my van, put a new tire on it, and brought it back to me. Who does that? Wade does. He went out of his way to treat me like a friend, rather than a costumer. I will definitely repeat business with this Big O.

I had to bring a car in for inspection, emissions, oil change and tire rotation. I waited about half the expected time and then went shopping for a bit. When I came back the car was ready to go. All the front desk guys are friendly, know me by face and name, and get the job done quickly if at all possible that day.
