I had an alignment done on my Jeep earlier this week and was extremely happy with the price and customer service. Wade was really helpful and straightforward with me. They even inspected the work I had done on the front control arms and let me know it all looked good without charging me anything extra. I will be back for all alignments and likely tire purchases.

They began working on my car immediately, and called me same-day to let me know the problem. I had speculated it was the starter, which they confirmed, but they also went out of their way to do a thorough inspection, of which they found two more problems and realized I was due for an oil change. They repaired everything quickly and timely with great service and prices. I have always been happy going here and will continue to do so. I refer people to this location whenever I get the chance.

Tyler and the rest of the staff at the Bountiful Big O location have always been courteous and helpful each time I have been there over the years. The staff is up front about what repairs need to be done, cost, and time needed so there which is always nice.
