The reason for the return service is the management and customer service for our needs. The ability to feel like we take priority to them in getting our vehicles serviced and back to us in a timely fashion is our biggest reason for return service and also getting the problems fixed.

They put new tires on my car and gave it an alignment, which my car desperately needed. It was super fast and now my car runs like a gosh darn top. I will say, I paid significantly more than I was originally quoted online and that was shocking to me.

Just the overall customer service. The employee was straight with me about pricing, time limits, he even tried to save me money where he could. He checked on things, double checked on things to make sure he was giving me the right information. When something changed, he would let me know and ask for permission before beginning projects on the vehicle. Great and phenomenal crew!
