Midas

Tires weren't rotated as advertised. Oil was spilled and not wiped up. Thought I would give Midas a try instead of dealership. Won't be returning to Midas.

This is my first experience with Midas. I found a advertisement for a oil change and tire rotation for $24.99. I booked online and dropped my car off at 12 noon. I was called 3 1/2 hrs later that my car was ready. I arrived 15 minutes later. I was told the

The staff was super helpful with all my inquiries. I also was told about the midas credit card and while I waited I applied and was accepted! Once the oil change was completed I easily scheduled my tire changes and tie rod replacement for my next visit that was just as pleasant and extremely accommodating for me as a customer.

While the service was performed super fast and was exceptionally well done and convenient, the key to the visit being outstanding was Kyle Corrigan. He is super technically competent, provides detailed input and has a super "customer experience" tone and represents a team member I look forward to having support me again.

Kicked out disabled gentleman. UNEXCEPTABLE

Customers who are turned away in front of other customers for having too many oil changes and using coupons is extremely poor customer relations

The Service Personnel were very explanative, helpful, courteous, and worked tirelessly to get my vehicle's problem solved. I was greatly appreciative when I was called and told my vehicle repairs were completed a lot earlier than I anticipated. Very professional customer-oriented facility.
