Okay so here is my story. I just forked out 1300 bucks to big o to replace a timing chain. Couple of days later I looked at my oil gauge and noticed it was at about 120 psi which is crazy because it is double what is should be so I pull the thing in my driveway and its leaking oil everywhere I dont know where it is coming from I'm so mad I dont even care to look anymore. I swear this is the last time me and my company will ever use them. It was on my 1998 Pontiac Bonneville and I know it's coming from one of the parts you guys worked out or touched

I had my tires rotated and oil changed. The service was quick and professional.

Hi Jared and Derek, After 15+ years of getting all my tires at your store and encouraging friends/family to do the same, this recent visit has me questioning whether I will ever return. I bought a new 2019 Tacoma a few weeks ago and decided to get some new wheels & tires. I bought TRD PRO matte black wheels from Toyota and could have purchased the tires online saving $80+ but, decided to buy them from you and have your guys install them. I talked to Corey and decided to also go with some of your black TPMSs. On Thursday (11/14) afternoon Corey had Angel in your shop handle the install. Angel definitely understood how excited I was about this upgrade and I couldn't be happier with how Angel handled it " he did a great job and ensured the wheels & tires were installed without scuffing or scratching them. Unfortunately, your TPMS sensors weren't syncing with my truck so, I came back on Friday (11/15) after work and Corey attempted to "wake them up". After leaving and driving around for 30+ mins, they still weren't syncing. I returned on Friday about 615pm with my original wheels/tires so your TPMSs could be taken out and the originals put on. Corey said it could be done before closing at 7pm. At 730 he pulled my truck out into the dark parking lot and told me I was all set. I drove my truck around for just 5 mins before the TPMSs synced. When I got home and walked around the truck in the light, I noticed that the last wheel they put on was missing part of the TPMS and just a plain black valve was showing. So I was back at your shop at 705am Saturday (11/16) morning thinking/hoping the missing piece was on a work station, could be easily found and installed. Corey wasn't there but, one of your other guys that closed the business the night before was and asked why I was back. I explained and he said Corey was running late but, we could look and he would give Corey a call. We didn't really look but, the guy called Corey and then relayed to me that the missing part of the TPMS wasn't forgotten " it had been broken when your rookies were installing them. He proceeded to tell me that the actual sensor was installed, the missing/broken piece was just cosmetic and I could probably buy it from Toyota. He continued telling me a whole new sensor from Toyota would probably be $150 but, I could probably get just the piece separately if I wanted it to match the other wheels. I told him of course I wanted all the wheels to match, it's my brand new truck. I asked him to please find out what you guys could do to have the part ordered so it could be installed. He took my info and said he would have Corey call me. I waited until 230pm for a call from Corey and then called your shop to speak with him. He came on the line saying he asked his part guy to order the part and hadn't heard if it had come in or not. He said he would check on it and give me a call back in 2 mins. It's Monday (11/18) and I still haven't heard back from him. It's bad enough that Corey gave me my truck knowing your guys had broken something on it but not saying anything about it but, then for your other guy to talk to me and tell me that it was basically on me to replace the broken part " it adds insult to injury. And to top it off, Corey didn't follow through with the promised call back and update on the part he has supposedly ordered. I know this is a long explanation/comment but, hopefully you now understand why I'm questioning if I will ever come back to your shop after all these years of giving you my business. If I haven't heard from Corey or someone with an update before I leave work this afternoon, I will be coming into the shop wanting to speak to one of you about this situation. Drove my car for a couple days and was getting ready to go on vacation when I pulled into my garage and noticed a giant puddle of oil under my car. Opened the hood and no oil cap. Oil everywhere in my engine and my garage. Had to borrow a family members car for my trip while I had a new oil cap ordered.

We have been using Sandy Big O for our vehicle maintenance and repair needs for years. We have always received friendly, fast, and dependable service.

Replaced leaf springs/repaired ball joints. Scratched paint and left oil stain on interior carpet. Upon dropping my truck off for service I made it clear that I do not want any scratches, rub marks or dings in my paint. Upon picking it up, I found a number of fresh scratches in the paint and this big oil stain on the interior carpet. The owner tries to hand my a business card to Maaco Body and paint, I don't want to take more time off. This is not what I asked for. Not only do you get some new parts, when you pay over $1,000.00 for service...but you get damage done to your vehicle!

I've come to this particular Big O store for over 20 years, and I've come to expect courteous, friendly service, done right the first time, and not too long of a wait time. This particular time was as wonderful as always. I won't go anywhere else, and I tell others about it, too.

I dropped my truck off for rear leaf spring replacement and I asked that they be very careful of the paint. When I picked it up it had a couple scratches in the paint from the mechanic working on my truck and there was this huge oil stain on the driver's side carpet. When I spoke to the owner and pointed out the scratches, she starts pointing at a couple chips I had touched up with a touch up pen. Then she tried giving me a card to "her friend" who owns a Maaco paint shop. I do not wish to take anymore time Off from my job because of some sloppy mechanic and that I will not be compensated for my time. They should make it right. I asked that NO scratches be put in my paint and it is not that difficult to treat a customers vehicle with proper respect. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy, was VERY dissatisfied with the service and am surprised they're in business. Dennis Donovan

I brought my truck in for an alignment because it was pulling to the right. Decided to go with the 3 year unlimited alignment package. Truck is still pulling to the right just as bad as it did pre-alignment, so I feel like either 1) Nothing was done, or 2) You don't know what you're doing. Overall I'm pretty unhappy about the service and don't want to waste another hour taking my truck in for a second attempt to get the alignment right. I'd rather get my money refunded and take it somewhere that can do the job right.

I came in for a tire puncture repair, they patched it and I picked up my truck for work early the next morning. I come out for lunch and the tire is flat again. Had to take it back in to the shop again. Lost half a days work. The guys at the store didn't even apologize to me for having to bring it back in. I was offered nothing for my inconvenience. May not return in the future.

Very Poor workmanship, Very sad when you pick up your vehicle and it keeps killing. After a lot of service work and two new batteries. The truck finally kills and wont start. You lift the hood and find that the positive cable connecting the two batteries was not hooked back up. So my guys hooked it up for you! This is not the workmanship that you have given me in prior years. Your quality has gone way down. All the way to China. It really hurts me to say it too as I really like you to guys. I even got Travis out of bed when I heard what had happened as his was the only phone number that I had prior to the store opening.

My husband is normally the one that will go over and take care of the maintenance on the cars. I took care of it this time because I had the day off and our children normally listen better for me. I got to Sandy Big-O and once inside they asked me what I needed and they got Dan Plagge over to help because my husband had called in to make sure they knew what was needed. Dan got everything started, when it was done with the basic stuff they found that I did need the back breaks. They offered me a ride home, but my cousin does not live far so kids and I went there and about an hour later the car was ready. It was quickly taken care of when I returned. Everyone was supper nice.

I have been going to big O tires for many years now me and my family have been loyal customers. I am not sure what happened in the last two years to make the Mechanics care more about money than actually helping a customer. I had my car towed to them from Park city Utah to the Sandy Utah location where they were told that my car was obviously not working acting funny and pulling to the right with two engine lights turning on traction control and the ABS. They held my car for over 24 hours we had to call them to get the information and they told us that our sensors were wrong and that would cost us anywhere from $200-$500 per sensor. They also told me that they didn't know if that would fix the problem because they weren't quite sure what the problem was. They gave me an oil change and fixed my seat that wasn't moving . But never cared to fix the problem that I actually brought the car in for . They told me I had to replace the sensors in order for them to figure out what was wrong with my car . I just got done spending over $950 on brakes brake lines and other things issued to my car less than six months prior so I said don't worry about it we will pick it up. They told me if I turned my traction control off my car would drive just fine that was not the case I almost flipped my car because Mike traction control kept coming on and breaking me in the middle of driving. So I decided to take my car to the Cadillac dealership where they would do a full diagnosis and let me know what was going on. They found out that my passenger side ball bearing was going out and the sensors were doing their job it had nothing to do with bad sensors I replaced my ball bearing through the dealership and my car drives perfectly. The Cadillac dealership told me my sensors were doing their job by locking up the car and not letting me go off the road because my ball bearing was out so big O tires fucked up in a big way and wanted to charge me $1000 without even fixing the problem and replacing sensors that were doing their job. My question is how can you be a mechanic that replaces brakes brake lines and everything and not know that a ball bearing is going out on the right side and let someone drive away and still sleep at night. I am so sickened by the way that they did nothing to help me with my car and I took it in one place and live less than an hour they knew exactly what the problem was and big O tires had my car for more than three days. I have multiple family members that go to this big O tires and I will no longer go to them and make sure none of them go to them either because my mom spent over $1,300 I'm fixing her car with them and it still runs like shit. I will post and repost this review because this is the worst A customer service B mechanic workThat I have ever seen. My husband had to tell them to just drive it around the block and they would know exactly what was wrong with it they still blamed it on the sensors And wanted to charge me hundreds and hundreds of dollars for something that was doing its job. I will never go to this establishment again and I will make sure to post and repost this review because I'm disgusted at how we were treated As loyal customers who have gone to them for many many years.
