I took my vehicle in for an alignment and it was pulling harder after the alignment than before. And the time before that I came in twice to see about snow tires and rims, both times the person (different person each time) that helped couldn't find anything right then and said I should go home and they would call me back when they had more info. I never received a call from either and ended up buying my rims online and my tires from Costco.

Are you kidding??? If you and your guys were any better, you would be coming to my house and handling the problems before they happen!!! Even when I have stupid questions and miss the obvious things (the receipt on the registration!), you laugh with me and get ready for our next needs or all our friends, family and extended family. Taking care of us for so many years, we would never consider going anywhere else for any service or problem we may have. We love you guys!!!

Concerns!: We have been faithful customers to Big O Tires for several years and have overall been very pleased.However, on our recent service calls to have our oil changed and tires rotated, we have been very, very disappointed.After our cars have had an oil change, they have had a continual problem with oil leaks, which weren't present before the oil change.We have taken them back several times, but each time the technicians have not been successful in alleviating these oil leakage problems.Just recently, the same thing happened to my son-in-law's car as well.It's been very frustrating and disappointing!!Also, after our tires were rotated, we took our car on the freeway and found that the steering wheel at freeway speeds was literally shaking in our hands.This happened to both of our cars.Fortunately, when we took our cars back, the technicians were able to fix the problem by balancing the tires.We just think this is odd that it would happen to both of our cars on our most recent visits, especially when we've never experienced these problems before.We would like to remain as loyal customers at this Big O location, but we are hesitant to do so. I came in about a week ago to have my oil changed before I went on a road trip to California. I asked the man at the front desk if they could just go over everything and make sure everything was good before I hit the road. Service was super quick picked up my car same day and thought everything was fine. The next day while driving to California I didn't even make it to Lehi before my tire pressure light came on and well as my check engine light. What the heck right?! I pulled into a gas station where a man directed me to a close by jiffy lube. They checked my tires, filled my back left tire with more air, easy fix. They popped my hood, and first thing they noticed was my filter was horribly dirty. There was no way that was looked at or changed out less then 24 hours ago. Push come to shove, I was back on the road an hour later, with no other problems thanks to Jiffy Lube for their extra care.

I have been with this Big O in Sandy for over 20 years. They are personal, pleasant, provide excellent service and are trustworthy!

We have been taking our cars to this shop for almost 8 years and until recently have had a great experience. The last two times, they have not been able to diagnose the problem. They also seem way too busy now; I used to be able to arrive at 7:00 am on a Saturday and get taken care of, sometimes while waiting. Now, more often than not, I need to drop my car off on a weekday and sometimes don't get it back the same day. Last night, I called at 6:00 pm and made arrangements for them to leave my car outside so I could pick it up after hours. When we went to pick it up, my car was nowhere on the lot. We were worried it had been stolen. I went back this morning and found out they had left it inside the shop and didn't seem to care about the inconvenience caused us last night. I'm so sad to say this because I had always relied on their fast, honest, reliable, professional service before, but there has been a noticeable change for the worse.

I needed a tire rotation, oil change, and emissions test. I had my two grandkids, age 1 and five. We waited two hours because my car was trapped in the work area due to construction. I would have come back another time if I had been informed of problems. The toys were dirty so I had to keep willing the kids hands with disinfectant. It was not fun to chase kids for two hours. Next time I'll go somewhere quicker. One of the employees was very attentive but the other four at the desk didn't seem to care. Not a great experience

I have been coming to Big-O in Sandy for the last 11 years. I found them through a recommendation from my former Bishop when I expressed my disappointments in the bad service and unfairness I had received from some of Big-O's competitors. My Bishop told me to go into Big-O and ask for Jill. I did and I have never turned back. We used to live close to Big-O, but me moved about an hour away seven years ago but I still bring all my vehicles to them to get worked on because I know that they will be honest with me and do a good job. They are friendly, honest, and expert at what they do. That's why they get 5 stars from me.

Your service is generally exceptional. NOT this time. Kasey said it would take about an hour and a half, but the entire service took over 5 hours. I was stunned at the total cost. Kasey failed to let me know that the air conditioning recharge would cost $130. If I had known that, I would not have done it. He was not a timely communicator either. I had to call four times to get a status on my vehicle.

I've been going to this place for a while. Another beautiful experience. My tire was losing air, took it in... supposedly was a dirty tire valve... Shane cleaned it himself, filled it back up... good to go!! Thanks guys!

I visited your store 1/4/16, at 8:20 am for an oil change and a tire rotation. I left your store at 9:40 am. I was not very happy with my service. I saw employees coming and going and then coming again with breakfast. The woman that came in seconds before me, was out by 9:00 am. Finally at 9:30 am I went to the counter to find out what the delay was. I guess a bolt broke removing a tire. Fine, I don't see why that would delay me 40 more minutes, but okay, WHY DIDN'T ANYONE COME TALK TO ME??? About 9:15 someone (the breakfast runner) came to me about my air filter. It seemed there was enough employees standing around, I don't understand why it took so long. I have not ever had such a bad experience here. I have been coming to this store for years with the best service, but not this time. I was disappointed. Not very happy with my experience.

For amount of customer and time we all spend in your place, I would suggest that you urgently change the cleanliness and expand the room, I see children in your place and they have no space or condition to wait in your facility. The smell is intense and uncomfortable. Thank you,

The guys at Big O go above and beyond to make buying tires, having a part replaced or just getting your tires rotated a great experience.!
