In addition to the brake work I was getting done, I asked If they would take the blinker bulbs on my front seat and change them out. They said yes they would do this. They ultimately did not change the bulbs for me

I brought my car in for an oil change and because the light for my tire pressure was on. One of your employees told me it was on because my tires needed to be replaced. I checked my manual and it indicated that it will only come on because the pressure is low not because the tires need to be replaced. I have enjoyed the honesty I have with your employees for the last 4 years of having my car serviced there. I have bought my tires& snow tires there along with oil changes. Because of this one employees dishonesty I will not be returning to your shop. I think he told me this thinking I wouldn't check the owners manual and because I was a female. I am highly disappointed.

I know how busy you get from time to time but I just felt the service I received was not good the person that help me was not help or friendly and I was disappointed in how he treated me on both times that I came in!!! It ended up that I needed to owe about 500.00 which I didn't have and don't have so I am just waiting for time to see what happens and so far no problem has occurred with the car issues so so far so could... I have a nephew who knows about cars and he just said to be cautious and watch for anymore lights to come on.. you have always been good to me and did the best work possible but I was uncomfortable so I need time to see if I come back!!!!

I have always taken my car to the Big O at 700 East 8800?? South and had no problem with the service until today I believe they have new mechanics and I and at the front desk I just don't feel the way I used to coming in. My car is waiting for a diagnostic test and I have had no up date at all. I am without a car and I drop it off at 12:00 and heard nothing what so ever it's very very disappointing right now not knowing what to do!!! I did call about a hour ago and someone was to call me back and nothing!!! So I am very annoyed right now. Sue Dalling

Most excellent customer service! Friendly, knowledgeable and they go the extra mile. The Big O that I use is very near my home, but even if I had to go out of my way, I would. They're awesome! :)

I've been to store multiple times and have always received stellar service. This time, not so much. I knew they were busy and they told me 60 to 90 minutes which I wasnt that excited about but I was overdue for an oil change so I was going to get it done no matter what. Over 2 hours later they tell me it's ready. Yes they changed the oil, I asked them to look at my odometer - it has been blinking for a week. It was still blinking. I also asked if they could look at updating the software. Granted I dont know if that occurred, but I would say no because he didnt put it on the sheet and the blinking odometer was on the sheet and that didnt get done. After 2 hours and working graves I was too tired to go back in and say anything. And why dont they put the cute sticker to remind me of my next oil change, I find that frustrating, like I'm going to remember in 5k miles that I should go in. This is my fourth time going in and like I said, before has been awesome. I think i will avoid if they are somewhat busy from now on

I came in for an alignment and mount 2 tires. It took over 3 hours to get my work done. It wasn't the time, but the lack of communication. The two tires were mounted in 20 minutes. Then we waited for over an 90 minutes to just get our car on the rack to be aligned and then it took a long time to get it aligned. I understand it was a difficult alignment, both because it was an older car and an unfamiliar process, and it was a little tight/frozen so it was hard to get things loose so they could align it. I found out that the alignment before us was also a problem and took longer, by asking the mechanic. But at no time were we informed of the time that it would take or that there were delays and any expectations on how long it was going to take. It wasn't until I got frustrated and tired of waiting and went to ask our car's status, to ask why we were waiting so long, and walked back to talk to the mechanics that I found out what was going on. In general , I expect to be given an estimate of how long the wait is going to be for an expected service. And if the time is going to be extended and explanation as to why. Plus while we are waiting regular updates, like every 20-30 minutes. I know you are busy and trying to shuffle a lot of people and cars, but good communication will improve the customers experience and their patience when they are waiting even when the wait is a long time.

Your store, service, and people are fantastic, honest, and friendly and I would highly recommend you to a friend or family member. That said, the original air conditioner in my Honda CR-V lasted 180,000 miles until it failed. Since then, over the last 30,000 miles, I have had to replace or repair the system 3 times. And while I thank you so much for getting me a price break each time on the parts, my confidence in the repair is zero. Today, my air conditioner is working great but I am certain this too will not last, so to cut my losses before they happen, the car has been listed for sale.

i called 15 minutes before they close and told them i needed 2 tires they said come on down had me out in 20 minutes tires worked great in todays snow storm

I came to Big O to get an alignment, two new tires, and to have a issue diagnosed. When my car was returned the issue I had requested to be diagnosed was just listed as 'OK'. The service technician or a mechanic never talked with me to get symptoms or details about the issue. As a result I still have the issue/noise and am no closer to fixing the issue. When quoted a price for the tires, I was quoted a price of $122.99 for each tire. Doing some quick math I came up with approximate $345 for me service (two tires 244 and an alignment 80 = 344). So I was unpleasantly surprised when the the cost was almost $400. The service agent failed to mention cost of mounting for my tires. Why?? When I have some one come out and bid my roof they don't say $3000 and then after the job is done tell me it was $5000. $3000 for the materials and $2000 for the installation. When you quote me an exact price for a tire, tell the price of the tire including mounting, balancing, disposal, etc. If you say $122.99 that should be the price out the door. If you have to ball park the price due to fee and taxes, then say that approximately $155 or so. Or say something like $122.99 plus mounting, fees and taxes. I don't like surprises that cost me extra money.

Overall I love Big O in Sandy and my family and I have been going there for over 18 years. I was frustrated though with the cost of my visit to get my ac fixed as was explained to me that certain power plugs weren't connected right and most likely happened when a few months back I paid big o to replace my transmission and it seems they didn't connect everything back together which then lead to other ac problems.

I came into have have my tires balanced as there was a significant vibration in the front tires specifically. I had all 4 tires balanced. I was travelling to St. George and was concerned about the wear on the tires and my safety if the tires were out of balance. Unfortunately, after having my tires balanced, the problem only became worse. There was no improvement.
