Work was great, had all 4 ball joints replaced. After repair the shop damaged my right front abs sensor. Will have to get fixed.

These guys never disappoint in providing quality service. They are my go to guys whenever I have a car question or problem. Recently moved about 30 min. from shop but I wouldn't think of going to a closer shop!

Requested a oil change and state safety and emissions tests. All was done, paid for and I left. The next morning a oil stain appeared under my truck , on the driveway. This is a problem that reoccurs about 50% of the time when an oil change is done on my 2003 F150 Ford pickup. I have addressed this problem with the Big O management several times over the years. It is something that is not a deal braker (I have been a customer for more than 12 years) but it sure does PISS ME OFF when it happens. They seem to forget to tell the employee's involved in oil changes that that 2003 f150 needs to have the cross member wiped when the oil is changed. Sadly it probably will happen again and again.

I asked for quotes on the door handle and turn light signal replacements and they did not provide them. I also asked for a diagnostic report for the new buyer and did not receive that either although they did run the diagnostic report. Very frustrating

I had my tires Rotated. I was supposed to have my tires balanced but they did not complete the balancing when I was on the freeway my steering will shakes found that they had missed the driver side front tire was not balanced

I came in for an alignment and two new tires. I was told it would take approximately 90 minutes. I ended up waiting 2 hours and 20 minutes. If I had known it was going to be that long I would have come another time. I realize that you are just giving a best estimate and that issues come up that take more time. It seems to me that with a larger shop and more people, you have more people coming and the wait times have increase. You are or at least appear to be busier. Just need to be more conservative in your estimates.

3-4 months ago when I came in for an oil change I was shown my cabin air filter and it was severely dirty so I changed it. This time I was again shown my cabin air filter which had 2 leaves and was still very white. I was asked if I wanted to change it. I was very irritated about this. I told them that they might want to check my history because they would know that I just changed it 3-4 months ago on my last oil inspection. He replied well I thought I might as well show you since we were in there. I felt the only reason he showed me this was so he could charge me an additional $30 dollars. The filter clearly did not need to be replaced. I was the only customer in the store on Valentine's day. I had my tires rotated and oil changed. He said it should take less than 30 min since they weren't busy. It took an hour. Afterwards I was driving back to the office and my front tire was shaking. I took it back. The employee stated their was a slight bend on the tire rim. He said that what he thought was causing it but that the other employees would also tighten the tire. I drove my car after and no shaking or bouncing. I really think they did not tighten my bolts tight enough. I have always had such a great experience with your business in the past but I was very disappointed with this visit. I hope you will take my negative feedback as an opportunity to grow.

The staff in your store is very attentive and courteous every time I am there. Travis has helped me a couple of times, and he always goes out of his way to smile, say hello and make sure that I am happy with the services completed. He is extremely helpful. All of the staff is. They take time to explain to me what I don't understand. They have taken very good care of me and my car for the past 2 years. During this last visit, they released my car to me with a problem that still needed to be resolved. The mechanic working on the car probably should have noticed this problem while he was still working on the car, without my pointing it out to them. However, they took my car back the following day and worked on it until the problem was eventually resolved.

We recently had to have a tire replaced. The tire I needed was found promptly and when I brought the car in the next day the service was completed quickly. Once I started driving the car a bit I found that there was a disturbing sound coming from the wheel where the tire had been replaced. Unfortunately, this happened over a holiday weekend so the store was not open Sun/Mon. I had to bring the car back in to fix the issue. While is seemed to be a quick fix, I was disappointed that I had to bring the car in again.
