Big O Tires

I came for service about 10 days ago. Very satisfied

Was recommended by my brother who doesn't hesitate to use them when needed.

I have been using thid Big O for years.Great service bt they are having growing pains

Travis was my intial point of contact. He was outstanding, and he provided excellent customer service.

Shane was amazing, did a great job. My spare tire fell out from under my car while driving away. Honest mistake, but the other guy who helped me out when I came back was really unapologetic and off put when I asked if they could secure it back in for me. The guy who came up who let me know he would be doing it was great as well, just the person who greeted me about it wasn't the nicest. Anyways great service!

"Excellent Service." As a return customer I highly recommend the Big O at 8835 south 700 East. All in one stop for my vehicles maintenance.

We come here twice a year to switch out our snow tires for about $53 and each time it's only been about 30 minutes (unless it's ridiculously busy. Then we go to the one in Draper, which is also good).

This Big O store is great. We trust them with all our cars & have for years. Thanks for always taking such good care of us.

I went in for tire rotation and to have air checked in tires as the fault indicator was on on my dash that some tire was low.I asked for that to be checked, but I think they forgot as the fault indicator is still on.

I have used this shop for years with several vehicles. They are fair, friendly & fast. They have won my loyalty.

Great service as always. I did come in on 11/21 the day before Thanksgiving, but due to high volume it was a 3 hour wait, so I came back later. But fully understandable. I like the new waiting area.

We have gone to Big O for a few years now. Great customer service, we feel they are very fair on their prices compared to several other local service centers we have used in the past 20 years.
