Big O Tires

Weeks ago I was very well satisfied as I had every time I chat with the Sales Team. Only problem is, I need to leave my vehicle cams on from loosing change in my cup holders or just money left in the console from the shop mechanics. I did chat with one mechanic that impressed me, Aligment Specialist, he was very well certified explaning the job on my vehicle. Nice and well trained in vehicle status explaination to problems it had. I just wish I would not have to worry about honesty among BIG O at all for how well they always have helped.

I receive great treatment each time I come! The work I request is done promptly, professionally and is done right every time. I highly trust the owners and all workers I have come in contact with. I will always trust them for all my mechanical needs for each of my three cars. I have no reason to go anywhere else. I have enough trust in them that if anything didn't go exactly as promised that they would take care of me. This is a very trustworthy company to do business with!

Latest visit didn't seem to fix the issue. I paid for new belts and go a new tension pulley assembly, yet it didn't seem to fix the issue, which was a squealing noise. What did I pay for. Just a bit frustrated this was not fixed or diagnosed well enough to get fixed.

Had a great experience. Dan really saved me by letting me come back a few days later to pay because something crazy happened with a restaurant overcharging me by $1000. Because of this, I was able to get to work and do all the things I needed to do during those days until I could come back and pay. Excellent customer service.

Overall, I really like this Big O Tires location. They have been very helpful, and so I keep coming back even though I have moved over 15 miles away! They do a great job explaining what has gone wrong and what they are going to do to fix it. They recognize and fix their mistakes. Keep up the great work!

The team is very courteous, greets me by name, and is always very reasonable when repairs are required. When they are very busy, I sometimes think the initial consultation comes much later in the day than expected and therefore requires an additional day for repairs. Nevertheless, we trust that the repairs will always be done well and as efficiently as possible. With regard to the survey itself, it was unclear whether 1 or 5 was a top rating. I rated 5s to indicate an excellent experience.

Was recommended by my brother who doesn't hesitate to use them when needed.
