Big O Tires

They were good at communicating and knew their job. I didn't expect to get all new tires that day, but I apparently REALLY needed them and they got the job done. I appreciate how convenient the location is and how I am treated. I feel welcome and appreciated when I'm there.

Travis is an absolute asset! Keep up the phenomenal service, and excellent staff. I am very happy to be able to have a garage I can trust to work on my car! Thanks again for everything you do!

I've been going to the Sandy Big O store ever since it opened, and have always enjoyed professional, knowledgeable service. I like it that Jared calls me by name when I go in the door.

They put on my Snow tires. They were very busy, but had it done at the time estimated.

for some items, I think you might charge less than flat rate, and your parts mark up must be one of the highest. Overall I found it trouble free--no hassle--didn't throw parts at problem or try to upsell me.

I feel that I have always been treated honestly at this Big O store. I have always been pleased with the quality of their work.

Eight weeks ago I had you guys replace a TPM. The other day I had a TPM failure again. I Paid another 72 bucks only to find out several hours later they replaced thr first one from before. I returned to the store and talked to the young man who understood the problem and refunded my money. Though I'm very happy with the young mans help I think you should follow up on your procedures so that can't happen again.

I trust the Edwards and how they treat me and my vehicles. I have referred several people to them over the years. When their store opened in 1997, I may have been one of their first customers while I was in college. They took care of me when I was a starving student and have held my trust since then. From a 1972 honda civic to my new pathfinder they are the only ones I trust.

I love the big changes that they have made to their store. It looks great. Jared and Derek are always personable and easy to talk to. I live 28 miles away from their store but they are the only place I trust. Big-O in Sandy has done everything on my vehicles from simple oil changes to replacing my engine. They stand by their work and do a great job. A few months ago I was scheduled to go out of town and my warning light came on. Brad and Travis helped me at the front desk and the mechanics found the problem quickly, all during a busy weekend. They all did a fantastic job and got us on the road again just in time. These guys really care.
