Nice people but not as fast as they claim to be. Add an hour to your wait time.

Service was great. Just wish the employees had been wearing face masks and being more careful about sanitizing surfaces.

I was a little disappointed this time. It took the team nearly three days to replace a starter motor and they didn't ensure that the battery was ok. So, I had to take the car back to replace the battery on warranty two days later. To the team's credit, they didn't charge for the battery and got the car back to me more quickly after it was replaced.

We have been using this location of Big O for many years and have been completely satisfied with their tires and services!!

I came in for an inspection/emissions/registration. I was told that it was a good time because they were all caught up and I should be able to get through quickly which I appreciated. But after I sat down, my car sat attended without moving from the place I left it for over 25 minutes. It wasn't until stood up to check on the progress that I was told that they were getting right on that. Typically, as soon as I check in they move the car around and put in in line for service, didn't happen this time. And then amazingly five minutes later my car was done. I don't know how they completed an inspection and emission test that fast.

Travis is an absolute asset! Keep up the phenomenal service, and excellent staff. I am very happy to be able to have a garage I can trust to work on my car! Thanks again for everything you do!

I've had my car serviced there for 35 years. This is the first time I felt that I was not being treated fair. I believe the damage to my truck was done at the shop and I had to pay for it. Accountability is a great thing
