I came to the Sandy, UT, store because I was in the area and bought my tires at another Big O, and was hoping for a free rotation along with my oil change. Dan made me feel welcome and offered me the rotation before I could ask, even though they were super busy and trying to close early on Saturday before New Year's Eve. This was by far the best experience I've had at any Big O. Bought new set of tires. Installation and service was excellent after right type of tires were exchanged for the wrong tire for highway usage.

We love our Big' O family. My family is taken care of, asked and remembered: who ands what's going on in our lives. Our vehicles will go no where else to be serviced. You hear about scams or being treated like a digit $$... not at this BIG 'O. Going on 7 years taking my cars there, met others that have over 20 years. That's saying something
