While the noise from the serpentine belt was being tracked down; I spoke with a policeman who lives 30 minutes away who was in for his squad car. When possible he still has them service his personal vehicle. They are aren't perfect, but they make the effort to get it right. In my 25 years of business; here is what we found, this should be down now, this could wait so many months. Their rates have been fair and I have never felt gouged. That is rare in todays market.
