Big O Tires

I think they are honest. If they make a mistake they fix it. They don't charge for estimates

I recommend everyone I know to this specific Big O location. Every employee I encounter asks if I have been helped. They seem to all have been trained to not walk past a customer without acknowledging them. The service is fantastic. Derek is our go-to, but really everyone treats us like our business is appreciated.

My Father was a mechanic, and Big O in Sandy, Utah was the only shop he trusted to work on his vehicles.I must say that my Father was Very, Very strict when it came to Quality service on his cars, trucks, van, and motor home.When I moved back to Utah, I followed my Father's recommendations and took all my vehicles to Big O in Sandy.I have 7 children, and 17 grandchildren (many who have cars of their own now) and like my Father I recommend they take their vehicles to Big O in Sandy, and they too follow my Father's lead.

Travis & Cory are awesome! Always great service at this Big O so I drive out of my way to service all my cars here. Travis is very knowledgeable on lift kits and Cory was fantastic with wheels/tires. My Jeep looks amazing & the guys went above & beyond on this for me. Always recommending Sandy Big O to everyone I know.

I came in right when then opened. I needed two new tires. They got me right in and was on my way within 40 minutes. Excellent service. I trust this store with any car problems.

I love to take my cars to term for all the maintenance, because they are honest on what is needed to be fixed, and then they doing replace things that don't need to be done.

I have tried my luck with other auto repair shops and always felt like I got screwed. With these guys, I can always count on them being honest and upfront with any issues my vehicle is having. Recently all I had them do was rotate my tires and balance them and they did it without any charge. It is service like this that will keep me coming back.

My car was a bit complicated to diagnose at first. But after it was determined to need a new oil pump and cam shaft, the team at your store took care of me. A portion of the original charge was applied to the labor of the true problem. It was done in a professional and timely manner. Everything was explained to me, pictures were taken with the technicians personal phone and sent to me, this was done in order to help me feel like i was part of the process, kept in the loop all while being educated. Thank you very much. P.S. I'm a regular customer at the location on 7800 south in west Jordan, They have proven to be a very reputable store that has integrity. The only reason I visited your location was on their good word. Thanks again. If I ever have car issues The Gibbon's can't handle, I'll be back.

Did great work and fast and talked me through my options

I have a number of cars and have been going to Sandy BigO since 2012 and I wish I had found them earlier. They are fair and 100% honest. Don't look any further to find a full servive shop for your vehicles . I promise it will be the best decision you ever made 5 STARS!!!

I used to go to another Big O much closer to my home but ended up at this Sandy location after the other closer store would never seem to have tires in stock for my Ford Focus ( right ? Not an unusual tire for such a common car). Once I got to sandy big O it was like night and day The staff here is eager to help ( unlike the other big o) and not the type of store to try and up-sale me This location is always busy with several customers on hand There is a reason why folks Shout out to Derick and Travis. Wont take my vehicles ( I have several) to anywhere else now
