I have been going to Big-O Sandy for almost 25 years and have never had anything but reliable and friendly service. I take my wife's and my daughter's cars there and both of my own. Derrick and Jarred are real pros and all of the staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their products and services.

I came in with a flat tire at a busy time they got me right in and fixed it for free. Dan Plagge was very helpful and I would definitely go here for service again.

I called panicked, scared and trying nit to cry. Jared took care of me, told me to bring my car down and he'd find a ride back to work. See I'd just pulled into work and got no warning of my brakes and rotars going out. Before my day was over i was heading home in HAPPY tears my car was fixed and i had nothing to worry about anymore. Today i was down the road, any other time i have road side assistance, if I'm to far from Big O in Sandy.. I'd drag my car (i got towe straps) to Big O Thats how AWESOME this place is

Service is always outstanding at this store. It doesn't matter who helps you, it's good. I've had engines replaced, tires rotated, transmission and complete exhaust systems replaced. I've yet to have a negative experience! Years ago if I needed tires, I'd go to a tire store. If I needed suspension, I'd go to a store that specialized in suspension. It doesn't matter what you need done to your auto. The guys at Sandy Big O do it all. And, it's done right and the price so far, beats all others.

They are the best. If u don't need tires, they tell you. Very helpful in all service needs. I don't live close to them anymore but I choose to take the extra time and mileage to visit their location!!
