I feel that I have always been treated honestly at this Big O store. I have always been pleased with the quality of their work.

I trust the Edwards and how they treat me and my vehicles. I have referred several people to them over the years. When their store opened in 1997, I may have been one of their first customers while I was in college. They took care of me when I was a starving student and have held my trust since then. From a 1972 honda civic to my new pathfinder they are the only ones I trust.

I won't go anywhere else. Derek does an incredible job of taking care of my vehicles.

I love the big changes that they have made to their store. It looks great. Jared and Derek are always personable and easy to talk to. I live 28 miles away from their store but they are the only place I trust. Big-O in Sandy has done everything on my vehicles from simple oil changes to replacing my engine. They stand by their work and do a great job. A few months ago I was scheduled to go out of town and my warning light came on. Brad and Travis helped me at the front desk and the mechanics found the problem quickly, all during a busy weekend. They all did a fantastic job and got us on the road again just in time. These guys really care.

The biggest issue with car repair for me is trust, and they have earned my trust.

Derrick took time to help us understand tire options and helped us find the perfect tire for us and our budget. Once we had tires picked out they were on our cars in 15 minutes.

I have been going to big 0 for almost 35 years. When I move to Utah about 5 years ago I ran into a friend whose son works at Big O. Dan was at that time at a different store, but when he moved I followed him to the Sandy store because you always take such good care of my vehicles and tire needs. I have always appreciated Big O's warranty and service and to have someone that I know there go the extra mile for me is even better. I highly recommend the Big O Tires.

I came to the Sandy, UT, store because I was in the area and bought my tires at another Big O, and was hoping for a free rotation along with my oil change. Dan made me feel welcome and offered me the rotation before I could ask, even though they were super busy and trying to close early on Saturday before New Year's Eve. This was by far the best experience I've had at any Big O. We love our Big' O family. My family is taken care of, asked and remembered: who ands what's going on in our lives. Our vehicles will go no where else to be serviced. You hear about scams or being treated like a digit $$... not at this BIG 'O. Going on 7 years taking my cars there, met others that have over 20 years. That's saying something

Dan was great. Provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. When I got there he gave me his car so I could go back to work while my tires were being mounted. Thanks

I don't know how many ways to say you guys are the best! Even with your new construction and the hustle and bustle, smiles and thank yous for using Big O are always there. I love the new "Big Foot tires" and the decision to go black side out was a good one. I may want to go white some time in the future for a change but no big deal now. I will be bringing my CX 9 Stormy in soon for a full check up at 66,000 miles and look forward to the same service!!
