Any time I go in I'm greeted like a old friend and now most of the service people know me by name, I'm taken care of quickly and efficiently!

Always willing to help even if it's 5 min before they close. Everyone on the ream is experienced and knowledgable. I have other stores closer to me but I drive out of my way for the great service.

We have taken all of our cars to this Big O for over 30 years. Best customer service in the world. They always go the extra mile for us. Just bought a new car so it doesn't have Big O tires yet, got a flat and they fixed it for free. When I bring in a different car I am often asked about the previous car and if the problem is all fixed (we have 4 older cars). They are crazy busy, but always worth the wait.

All staff interactions were great. However, Corey Sanders went above and beyond. He is very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. This is my first time purchasing parts and/or materials from Big O. Corey made the experience so pleasant that I will be returning when I'm ready for tires. A++ Customer Service.

I go out of my way to go to this Big O location because Jared and Derek and their staff are so amazing. Their expertise goes far beyond the typical tire store. They are always kind and friendly, no matter how busy they are. They do quality work, and I trust them to be fair and honest.

I have been doing business with Big O for many years. The facility has been modernized to be clean and efficient. The service has been elevated from a startup mechanical/automotive business to a polished business that is clearly client-centered. My only recommendations are: 1. Have someone clean bathrooms more often. With staff and patrons using the same facility, it is often unavoidably greasy. 2. I stopped bringing my diesel truck in for technical mechanical issues because of an experience that I had that demonstrated to me total incompetence. I do bring it in for minor issues. I hope this helps.

Keep putting your customers first, and they will keep coming back to you. I started coming to this store 9 years ago because it was really close to Quarry Bend, where I lived. I've now moved to Riverton, but I still come here because of the trust you have earned over the years.

About #3 question, I don't want to be greeted at my car and I wasn't so I was happy with that. Travis did a great job listening to what we had already tried with the truck to try to figure out the problem. Started coming here because of Jill but stay for the great service!

I took my car in to have a replacement part put on they not only did that but took the time to trouble shoot another problem and fixed that as well for very little additional cost. I won't trust my vehicle with anyone else

BigO in Sandy is the best place to go for service on your car. They do a lot more than tires and they are always thorough. I know I can trust them and always get a fair deal. I refer them to others often.
