Big O Tires

Couldn't be more happy! Been going there for years and no complaints, Mother before, and now son, Jared takes good care of me. Greg and the salesman from Evanston were very helpful and I was in and out quickly.

I came in for my alignment package I was very happy to be able to make the appointment and schedule a specific time I originally bought it from a store in salt lake and they had no problem scheduling the appointment for me to spend money there however when I called I. To make an appointment for my second alignment I was told by the same person that sold me my alighnment that they don't do this by appointment that they only did it first come first serve and I asked them and insisted that I made an appointment when I first bought the alignment and you didn't tell me that it was first come first serve I had a specific appointment time but now that I want to use my free alignment in my package you or my no church alignment you tell me oh we can't give you a specific time but it's a first come first serve and sometimes it doesn't take too long and that was not acceptable to me you don't tell me that oh well since we already have your money we don't need to make an appointment to show you something so will just tell you come in And wait. And that was at the store on 300 in Salt Lake City downtown and it upset me so then I went online to start looking for another store to make an appointment and reading the reviews and I came across the reviews online for the store in Sandy so I went online I made an appointment for your store in Sandy I got an email within like a couple hours confirming that the appointment was successfully made and I went in at my appointment time I got my no charge alignment for my alignment package and I was very happy with the service that I got there compared to the service from the store in Salt Lake City so thank you to the Sandy store and your staff for making it an easy smooth no hassle procedure for me the only thing that I would've liked since it was so cold that day would've been some sort of a complementary coffee or hot cocoa area because that's just what when I used to go to fire stone and are used to go to Burt Brothers they offered that but your store didn't have that there so maybe that something you might wanna think about adding especially with the winter time coming thank you

Big O Sandy always provides good service. The store was extremely busy when I was there for a flat repair. They said it would take two hours and that was almost exactly what it was. The tech was able to get the tire replaced under warrantly. That was very much appreciated.

Excellent service, very friendly people

I brought my car in before leaving on a trip, and the technician was able to check in for me to see if the noise that I was hearing was a problem. They were able to check the car so we were able to leave shortly after our expected departure time.

I have been going to the Sandy (7th East) Big-O for years because of their great customer service. They're honest, friendly, knowledgeable and call their repeat customers by name...how do they remember us all?! I no longer live nearby but still drive across the valley to this Big-O. Thank you for the years of great service...you guys are the best!
