I came back to Big O Tires today because of Joe. The last time I was here, he took excellent care of me. I wanted to get my brakes replaced but wasn't exactly sure what I needed done. Joe was kind, honest, and so helpful. He treated me with respect, didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge and gave me a ride to and from home while the work was completed. Joe told me that I only needed my front brakes done and am back to do the back brakes because of Joe. Joe was here again this morning, remembered me and greeted me with a smile. I will continue to bring my car to this location of your company because of the friendliness and kindness that I feel when I walk in the door. That means a TON when you're a single mom!!!
