Big O Tires

I took my car to Big-O in Sandy, Utah to have it checked for what became a serious problem. My car is 10 years old and my transmission went out. Derek did the best he could to try to find a replacement transmission but he was unable to get one. He knew how important it was for me to get my car fixed asap, so he called me to ask if he should order a new one for my car. I appreciated the constant contact about my car. He got the new transmission on a Tuesday and had my car ready for me on Wednesday. It is running perfect and the cost was exactly what I was quoted. I trust the guys who run this Big-O and have been a customer for 20 years. I recommend them highly for their professional services and more importantly their friendship.

I use Big O for all my tires and car repairs. they have treated me well for years and they always do quality work. I would recommended Big O for any repairs or a new set of tires. They are always busy but work hard at getting you in and out as quickly as possible.

I only had to reset my car's audio system after the battery replacement.

I recommend these guys all the time. They're honest and knowledgeable. They are really busy because of their great reputation in the community so don't expect to always be greeted at you car. You might even wait a bit once you step in the door but you will be taken care of in a thorough, honest and professional manner
