I have been coming to the Sandy Big O for over 7 years now and am treated great every time. I am by no means a mechanic but I do know enough to know when something is being pushed on me I don't need and I have never felt that way with anyone from this store. They have always gone the extra mile and I have never had an issue with any of their tires which we have always bought from them.

You guys are courteous, friendly, experts, and AWESOME!!!!!!!

Service was great, I had an issue on an alignment that was done. I was able to take it back and they re aligned the van and it was great.

I love how they always explain everything to me so I can know how to keep the maintenance up.

Your store is obviously growing and it is making your lead-times a little further out. It would be nice if there was some way to let your current customer base know of the changes, (maybe an email blast). Your growth is great, but when coming in and expecting regular turn-around times and learning that they are double-triple the times, it's surprising. That all being said, you guys took care of me very quickly... much quicker than quoted. I feel like you go out of your way for us.

This is the only place I take my car. I drive past several other businesses, and another Big O, but the location in Sandy has always treated me well. I know that I can trust them. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family members!

There is nothing to add to what I have said before, but your new front area is magnificent! The floors and added check in and out stations adds a more professional feel as soon as you walk in. I don't remember a time, even with your new help, not being greeted with a smile and "What can we do for you today!". I can even add with your increased business, we can still find a place to park close by without calling Uber! Lol! Therry and I appreciate you guys so much we tell everyone don't waste your time going somewhere else!

I come to this Big O store even though I live north of here, started coming here with my friend who drives out to this particular location and I didn't understand why. Then I happened to need help so I came to this branch remembering my friends comments. I cannot believe how friendly and helpful the staff are. Travis is awesome, explains everything to me, has great communication and very fair prices. You can tell the staff get along well and enjoy working there.
