I love Big O in Sandy. I never feel pressured to do extra work on the car or like they are searching for things that are wrong. My car had some big repairs and they stated they took extra care and a wanted to make sure everything was perfect when I picked it up since it was costly. It's like I'm a real person at Big O and not a wallet. Also, they don't make me feel dumb for not knowing a lot about cars. I feel like I can trust them not to be "taken for a ride"� (pun intended) :)

They always do great work at a good price. They are always honest and friendly.

The staff is very knowledgeable amd friendly. I feel like I am treated with honesty and respect and that they arent trying to swindle me out of money. They are the only place I go to know for tires and repairs.

Had a coupon and didn't need to produce it.. he knew just exactly what I needed. Ask how we were enjoying all the updates in our keep. Explained they were awesome , I had ask the front end alignment be done at this time also, it was recommended that we wait till after our upcoming play time in Moab! Awesome store, family run and still kicking all the competitions butt!

Great experience

I had an appointment with Big-O in Sandy, Utah Monday June 18th to get 4 new tires, and struts on my car. I wanted them to make sure I got an alignment and to check my brakes. We went over the estimated cost and they made sure I had a ride to take me to work. At about 3:30 p.m. I received a call from the shop telling me my car was ready. My car has not run this good for a long time. I really appreciate the time and expertise they took to fix my car.
