The team at Big O was very helpful, thorough and went above and beyond to help us out as far as a loaner vehicle while our Pickup was being worked on. Communicated time frames on when the vehicle would be done and went out of their way to give us a great experience.

I have been coming to the 7th East Shop for years. ALWAYS the VERY BEST customer service. Always happy to see you even when way stretched out with a showroom of customers. I Love this place, I love the owners and Sons that all run it and I love all the hard working, caring staff in every other department. THEY ALL CARE ABOUT YOU ALL THE TIME!

That Sawed off little fart, SHORTY is really mean and doesn't ever want to help me, Heck if I had feelings it just might hurt! Jared, Travis, Derik, Johnny, Joe, Brad and all the others are great but that SHORTY dude I just dont know, must be little man complex or something, Have you ever tried to get in a car after he drives it?!!!!
