Your store is obviously growing and it is making your lead-times a little further out. It would be nice if there was some way to let your current customer base know of the changes, (maybe an email blast). Your growth is great, but when coming in and expecting regular turn-around times and learning that they are double-triple the times, it's surprising. That all being said, you guys took care of me very quickly... much quicker than quoted. I feel like you go out of your way for us.

This is the only place I take my car. I drive past several other businesses, and another Big O, but the location in Sandy has always treated me well. I know that I can trust them. There is nothing to add to what I have said before, but your new front area is magnificent! The floors and added check in and out stations adds a more professional feel as soon as you walk in. I don't remember a time, even with your new help, not being greeted with a smile and "What can we do for you today!". I can even add with your increased business, we can still find a place to park close by without calling Uber! Lol! Therry and I appreciate you guys so much we tell everyone don't waste your time going somewhere else!

The Big O team ran into a problem while fixing our truck and Travis was very forth coming and left us know what was happening right away. It took a little longer for the repair and it was more expensive but I was very happy with the level of communication and the customer service Travis and the other team members provided. Great Experience!
