Jared is amazing! He is honest and I don't feel like they take advantage of me when I take my car in to Big O. I appreciate the level of detail and service I receive.

I didn’t have to even drive my vehicle to the big o store. The owner did this for me. You can’t get that level of service anywhere else.

I have been going to this Big O location for over 25 years. I first started going there because of Jill Edwards as I felt she would be fair to a woman. I continue to take all my business there because they are always helpful, courteous and fair. I have recommended this location to my family and neighbors and will continue to use their services exclusively. The Edwards family has always been more that fair to me and my family. I can trust them to do the work and not make up other things to do or to overcharge. I even purchased a better level of AAA road assistance to allow me to always be able to tow all my cars to their shop.

Thank you for getting me on my way. Speech therapy is really important to not miss for my little one. A flat tire was not what i needed. Y'all got me on my way quickly and the therapist was able to rearrange. It all went so smooth i appreciate you guys.

Getting my whim of insanity, aka: my jeep project to completion to where I was actually able to be able to be amazed and happy with all that has been done to it is finally upon me, and I cannot tell you how amazing it really is to finally be here. It looks and drives better than I could have ever hoped. Pardon my language but it is now what I would like to call a" bitchin ride"! Travis has had to work with a quality control OCD customer and at every turn he has delivered! I, my family, my friends, will always be in to see you for all of our car service needs. This location is clean and the employees are professional. They are efficient and knowledgeable.

My car has been using oil, so I stopped by my Big=O store in Sandy, Utah. They did an oil change on my car. While that was being done I asked Jared to sit with me and explain why my car was using oil. He explained why my car as an older car used oil and made some suggestions to keep it up which I will do, I also asked him to give me a bid or struts and new tires on my car. He gave me two bids and went over them with me and explained the differences. I intend to get an appointment to have this done in a couple of weeks. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Shane was super friendly, he answered all of my questions. The wait time was minimal, and I received excellent care.
