Over the years, Big O in Sandy has earned my trust. I buy older cars, which means I get a good deal, but only when I can have reliable and reasonable maintenance and repair when it inevitably comes up. I feel confident I will be treated fairly and receive quality service at Big O. For that reason, I am willing to drive across the valley, passing many auto shops and even a few Big O's to bring my vehicle to the Sandy shop..

I went in with simply "I need new tires" and "I just passed 100K miles". The associate worked with me and my needs, gave me recommendations and pointed out the pros and cons of each choice.

We've been coming to this Big O for years and will continue to do so. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They are especially sweet to my boys that I usually have to bring with me.

I took my car in last year for an emissions testing and they got it done after 2 days because my system wouldn't read. This year Shane did an excellent job of understanding the problem and getting his tech to get the system to read. Others I have taken the car to for that same thing won't waste the time to find out why it won't read. Big shout out to Shane for the excellent service!
