I just needed a UTV inspection for licensing. I called the big o dealer where I buy all of my tires. They had me in and out in 20 minutes even as a walk in. This dealership has never disappointed me

This is just not a Big O store, IT'S FAMILY! I came in the other day with a book load full of things I needed done to my truck that's been in storage for a year. They only asked me once what I needed and EVERYTHING was done. They didn't forget one thing. Even the valve covers were put back on. They could have a full store of people. But you feel like you are their only customer. Especially when they call you by name. I always get the red carpet when I go there. But do you know what? I stand back and see that everyone gets the red carpet treatment. But I still feel that I'm there fav. Now you know why I call them family. Thank you so much for letting me express my thoughts. Fast and easy. Employee (Derek) understood the issue with minimal explanation from me and knew exactly what to look for, and gave me a rough price estimate on the parts and service without even looking at the car. Another issue was found during the service, and Derek called various sellers (without me even asking) to get price and availability estimates for a rare/difficult to obtain part. I ended up deciding not to seek out that part at the moment but genuinely appreciated Derek's thoroughness. Price came in right at what Derek estimated and so I was not surprised when I arrived to pay.

I had Riverton Chevy tell me my alignment was way out. I called Jared and his price was better than the dealership. I told him how they check my alignment in like two minutes.Before fixing the alignment he double check it and it was spot on. Jared is the best!

The Big O team in Sandy on 700 east and about 8800 south is just amazing. They are honest and fair which keeps us coming back again and again. I actually go about a mile past their competeitors just to see them

The service was a complicates PCM replacement and although expensive I thought the price was reasonable and Chris did a great job in communicating the price, the problem and the time-table to me. He finished the car when promised and called me to let me know. They also provided a ride to my house when waiting for the vehicle wasn’t an option

The car was towed by AAA so no greater needed. We received a call with updates twice through the day. The car stayed over 1 night only and was done the next. Phenomenal service as always.
