Service was top notch as always, this is the only place I come for all the services they provided.

Taking care of all our vehicles has always been a satisfactory experience for us and our families we have recommended.

I have been going to this location for over twenty years. It is now ran by the second generation. They learned well from their parents and remain honest and provide excellent service. I pass a lot of tire places including some big o locations to return here for my needs.

The gentleman that helped me was prompt with his service and kept us up to date as to what was happening during service of my car. Also I did some price checking and you gave the best price.I also bought 4 tires from you and like the way they ride and also drive in the snow. Ill be back for other car services to my car.

Chris was an excellent person to help us. The first visit I walked in, and he helped answer my questions. I then brought it back with an appointment. The price was much better than the dealership and he was great at communicating. We'll definitely be back to this location.

I stopped by to get a piece that was hanging from my car. I ran by real quick without an appointment and was greeted in my car by Derek. They quickly fixed my broken piece. This is not my first time to this Big O. I like that they are quick and very friendly in the service. I hardly have to wait to be helped when I walk in.

Jared is my friend and neighbor so when I need work done he drives my car to work so I have only been to the shop a couple of times so I can't really answer the questions on this survey. But I know Jared and he always get top marks in my book.

The Sandy Big O is the only place I will take my vehicles. They work on personal as well as our work vehicles and we love them. Derek & Jared are always great as owners. Travis, Cory & Steve are always so easy to work with and ready to accommodate at a moments notice. Solid work as usual from these guys!

Great customer service. They came and got my car, drove it to their store, worked on it and brought it back to me. No other business would do that.

I went in to have the brakes looked over and to have a set of wheels thrown on. I met Dan, he was extremely professional, kind and seemed to empathize with what my needs were. He was great to talk to, my wife and I both felt like we had made a friends, and that is what made coming into the shop to great. That is also what will keep us coming back. Dan was there late at night, after close to make sure I had my truck. He went above and beyond what my expectations were. I feel that the shop is honored to have a man like that on a daily basis.
