This was very important to me as I have a 2 wheel drive and needed a smooth ride along with an aggressive tread for winter driving. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have always been pleased with the service. Derek even gave me a ride home during the service.

I have been a customer of Big O for over 30 years. The staff at this Big O are the absolute best! They are customer centric, friendly and make every accommodation possible. The only thing that would have been better is to have a coffee machine available. Other places do. That being said, I won't go anywhere else.

I visited because I had a small air leak in my tire. I took it to a dealership and they said they couldn’t reach the leak to fix it, but wanted to sell me 4 new tires instead. I brought it to Big O and they not only found and fixed the leak, but they did it at no charge and counseled with me about the remaining life on my tires.

I got what I wanted at a price way less than I expected. Thanks!

At my Big-O in Sandy I know most of the counter folks and - although I hate the cost of maintenance in general - I would rather have my car maintenance done at this Big O in Sandy than anywhere else. They have always been honest with me and I am confident that Big 0's work will keep our family vehicles safe.
