Big O Tires

They are great to work with. I trust them completely.

I was helped right away and the store was busy. Everyone was wearing their mask. They did the work fairly quickly. The only thing better is if they would have retrieved my car for me when I came to pick it up instead of handing me my keys and saying it is parked somewhere out back.

In this day & age it is hard to find a company that offers qualified service. You guys are the very best in the business. I not only trust your overall workmanship, but I'm always treated with respect and I can always count on your mechanics to give me an honest answer - - - even if it means that a repair is not necessary. It's no wonder that my Father, who himself was a "Cracker Jack" mechanic", recommended your Sandy, Utah Big O to me when I moved to Utah from Wyoming. I had never been to Big O before. Had no luck with scheduling or pricing at other shops. I was able to make an appt within a day or so. Brought my truck in to have my leveling kit and new tires installed. Travis and the rest of the crew were very helpful and knowledgeable from the start. 5/5 service all the way through.

Always a nice experience. Walking past the bays and waiting outside, I could hear staff saying so many curse words. Glad I didn’t have my kids with me!

I had a flat tire and dropped in to have it fixed. It was noted that my wheels were out of alinement. I was able to have both fixed in a timely manner.
