Big O Tires

I love Big O. At my Big-O in Sandy I know most of the counter folks and - although I hate the cost of maintenance in general - I would rather have my car maintenance done at this Big O in Sandy than anywhere else. They have always been honest with me and I am confident that Big 0's work will keep our family vehicles safe.

I brought in a tire with a screw stuck in it for them to fix. They fixed it and got me back on the road. But the great service didn't stop there. When I asked for my invoice they said there was none. "This service was on the house today."� In today's day and age what business does this? Jared and Derek Edwards Big O store that's who!!! They have it down. From drop off to pickup. The place is always busy which says a lot. I have three vehicles that they have serviced for the lat few years and I do not recall ever having a come back. The guys upfront are always professional.

I love this Big O because I know and trust the owners they work hard to please each customer and go the extra mile to help in any way to make sure the service is complete. I would highly recommend this Big O to anyone.

Was in for a routine tire rotation and was very pleased with the efficiency of the staff.Turns out one tire had a nail in it, and everything was done sooner than promised.
