They fixed the broken bead seal on the tire I had told them about and went above and beyond and checked all four tires. When a nail was discovered in a different tire, they went ahead and fixed that tire as well.

I love dealing with Sandy Big O and in particular, Travis. He treats me like he is one of my kids. As a mechanic, I have always been reluctant to trust anyone with my vehicles. Travis has earned my complete trust. If I can't fix something myself, I just call Travis.

Our whole family uses this Big O location, because they are the BEST, most honest shop. We LOVE it! Although we live in Draper, UT now: we drive farther to THIS SANDY location, since the mid 1990's about. (used to use Firestone), So our 3 cars, my two son's cars, my daughter, her husband's car too. They are always busy (a lot of people here have heard how great this shop is): but the staff is quick, and knowledgeable. This time I called late, but was able to leave my old 2002 Dodge over night. It was fixed pretty soon, so very happy. Thanks!

I needed to a service and took my car to the shop at 4:55 on a Saturday not remembering they close at 5. They did not send me away but took my car and did the service . I love Big O and I recommend it to everyone I know!

No appointment and fit me in. They were on it ASAP. They called and said truck was done about 3 hrs later! They are awesome to work with!

I have been going to Big O at 8835 700 E, Sandy, UT for all my car repair, tires, and other auto needs, for over 20+ years. The team at this Big O Tires, in my opinion is the very best at what they do. They are professional, honest, and all around great people, with the highest in customer service. If you have not trusted them with your auto needs, you are truly missing a pleasant experience!!

They are always so friendly, and knowledgeable. Jared Brad and feel always greet you with a smile. They are honest with the repairs and pricing. I never go anywhere else and send people there whenever I have a chance I get.
