Needed a battery. Needed a rotation and oil change, too. It was a Saturday and they were closing at 5:00. Turns out my car caked for reverse polarity and they didn't have a battery in stock. Going a second mile is business a usual for these guys. Been a customer since moving to Sandy in 1996. Will remain a customer for life.

Myself and my family have been going to the Big O Tires in Sandy for years. It's one of the few "chain" locations that I feel actually cares about the work they do and about providing good service. Other than this Big O, I'm incredibly leery of going to "chain" spots because of being ripped off and lied to previously (think Jiffy Lube) - so I'm very thankful to have this spot available.
