Big O Tires

I have always had great experience with Big O. I really enjoy working with Travis when I bring in my vehicles.

I love my Big O Tires team. I have been going to the same one for years and they are the only ones that I take my car too. They are the best. They know me by name and I know that they do not do any work that is not necessary. I rate them at 100 percent honest and well trained.

This is the absolute best place to take your vehicle! The entire staff is very friendly. I live in Taylorsville but drive to Sandy Big O because I know I'm going to get great service and they don't try to upsell.

The service associate and my unseen mechanic provided me with confidence in theyy it r work and peace of mind that if O stands.behind their work. Great job as always

I love this place and have recommended many people that are now customers. The only comment I have that is not of highest regard is that as you have grown immensely in the past year or so, the personal touch is getting lost a bit. There is no real way around that when you scale unless every single team member that interacts with clients behaves at a Jared, Derek, Brad level. This is an amazing shop that I will go to for life.

I needed a tire replaced because of a blowout, and also wanted other work done. I was grateful that they could provide a ride to work for me. I needed new struts and an oil change. They also identified the cause of a squealing noise and replaced the belt causing that. They kept me appraised of how the work was going and of a couple of minor things that were fixed without additional labor. The ride is smooth now!

They fixed the problem quickly. And, since it was a simple fix, they didn't charge anything for it. Wonderful!
